1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to selected countries within the European Union and to international destinations where legally permitted.

2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Please note:

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day

Processing time is separate from delivery time
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier and are provided at checkout.
Delivery times are indicative only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including:

Weather or force majeure events
Gutcultured cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third parties.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.
Any applicable shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped, except where required by law.
5. Order Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
6. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
If an order is returned to us due to:

failure to collect the parcel

refusal of delivery
We reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs for re-delivery.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at wecare@gutcultured.com, including:

a description of the issue

clear photos of the package and product
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement in accordance with our Refund Policy.
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international shipments outside the EU, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.
