1. Our Commitment to Product Quality

At Gutcultured, we take the integrity of our probiotic formulas very seriously. Our primary concern is to ensure you receive a product that is safe and of the highest quality. 

Because our products contain live, active cultures, they are highly sensitive to temperature, humidity, and handling conditions.

To protect their quality and ensure that every customer receives a product that meets our strict standards, we do not accept returns, even if unopened. Once a product has left our fulfillment center, we can no longer guarantee that it has been stored under optimal conditions.

We believe this approach is the most responsible way to maintain the safety, efficacy, and freshness of our live bacteria cultures and to uphold the trust you place in us.

2. Return Policy for Damaged or Incorrect Products

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if your product is damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong item, we’ll make it right.

If this happens, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at wecare@gutcultured.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue, and

  • Clear photos showing the damage or the incorrect product received

Once we’ve reviewed your request, our customer care team will arrange a replacement.

3. Refund Requests for Other Concerns

We stand behind the quality of our probiotic formulations. If you’re not satisfied with your order, please contact our customer care team at wecare@gutcultured.com within 14 days of delivery to explain your concern.

While we generally do not accept returns due to the sensitive nature of our products, we understand that exceptional situations may occur. In such cases, our team may, at its sole discretion, authorize a return for inspection before issuing any refund.

If a return is approved:

  • You will be asked to ship the product back to us at your own expense

  • The shipment must include tracking to avoid loss of product during the shipment. Tracking code must be provided via email

  • The product must remain in its original, unopened packaging

  • ⚠️Key: The shipment must be packaged in the original shipping box (to protect the product and ensure traceability)

Once the product is received and inspected, we will determine whether a refund or replacement is appropriate.

Please note that unauthorized returns or shipments without prior email approval cannot be accepted or refunded.

These steps help us maintain the integrity, safety, and fairness of our probiotic products and ensure a transparent process for our customers.
