"Your First Gut Check-in"
Probiotics work by gradually supporting your gut ecosystem over time. In the early days, that process can be quiet. Some people notice small shifts. Others don’t notice much yet. Both are expected, and both mean things are working as intended.

Questions?
Smart questions, deserve smart answers
I don’t feel much yet. Is it working?
Yes. Early on, probiotics work quietly by supporting gradual changes in your gut ecosystem. Some people notice subtle shifts in the first weeks, others don’t notice much until later. Both experiences are normal. Consistency matters more than early sensations.
Should I change my diet or routine right now?
No. There’s no need to change your diet, add supplements, or adjust your routine in week one. Gutcultured is designed to fit into real life. Keeping everything else stable actually helps your body adapt more smoothly.
What if I miss a day?
Missing a day occasionally isn’t a problem. Just take your next sachet the following day and continue as usual. There’s no need to double up or “catch up”.
When is the best time of day to take it?
Any time that fits your routine is fine. Many people prefer mornings, but consistency matters more than timing. Choose a moment you can stick to most days.
Can I take Gutcultured with coffee, tea, or hot drinks?
It’s best to avoid mixing Gutcultured directly into hot drinks, as heat can affect live bacteria. Simply take Gutcultured separately with water, yogurt, or food at room temperature. Or try taking it directly on your tongue!
Is it normal to notice small digestive changes early on?
Yes. As your gut adapts, mild and temporary changes can occur. These usually settle as your body adjusts. If anything feels uncomfortable or concerning, you can always pause and reach out to us.
Is this safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Yes. Both BB-12® and LGG® have been safely studied in infants, children, and pregnant women. However, always consult your healthcare provider.
